Discovery & Concept
Now that I've learned all about your ideas, wishes, & goals, you'll be sent a Concept Presentation that will show the Creative Direction of the project - this includes a mood board, colours, and the inspiration behind some of the design decisions.
If somethings not quite right, we’ll work together until you feel totally in love !
Creating your Designs
Based on our approved concept, I'll go ahead and start working. Once it's all complete, you'll be sent a Design Presentation showcasing your designs! You'll have the opportunity to look over this and give feedback.
Fingers crossed, you totally love it all, but there's the chance to make small changes to ensure you're 100% happy!
The Final Step!
When everything has been approved, I’ll spend some time finalising any details and exporting the files. Once the remainder of your payment is paid, your final files will be sent via Google Drive and organised into handy folders.
Now you can implement your new branding, pop the bubbly, and spend some time celebrating - yay!

Our smallest package is perfect for small businesses just starting out who want their brand to be unique but don’t have the budget for a full Branding Package yet.

FAQ: Why is the deposit non-refundable?
Designers often require a non-refundable deposit to ensure if a client cancels last minute, they have some income secured in case they're unable to fill the design slot last minute.
It's not a concreate rule though, and designers will always keep in mind the personal circumstances of the client when making this decision. You'll have the chance to read and sign a contract before any payments take place.
